DreamDate Reviews is a small, disclosed operation, not a call center in a glass tower. There is no staffed phone line, no ticket queue, no support address we can pretend to keep lit at 3am. What we do have are two honest ways in that reach real people, and a promise to answer anything worth answering.

Read this before you write. DreamDate Reviews is owned and operated by the team behind Swipey AI, and we rank Swipey #1. This is a disclosed first-party comparison site, not an independent review desk. If you are writing to argue with a score, that context is already on the table, and we still want the note.

What to expect

We are not a 24/7 desk and will not pretend to be. Expect a human reply to anything actionable, not an instant service-level promise. What moves fastest is anything that changes a page.

  • Corrections to a score, a feature, or a rival's description: tell us the page and what is wrong. We check it against the app's public feature set and fix the live page, crediting the correction where it helps readers.
  • Questions about how something scored: point us at the dimension and we will explain the reasoning, or walk you through the methodology that produced it.
  • Suggestions for an app to review or a comparison to run: we keep a running list, and reader requests jump it.
  • Partnership or press: say what you have in mind. We disclose every relationship and never run undisclosed placements.
Privacy, plainly: anything you send by email or Discord is read by the desk and used only to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a list. The full detail lives in our privacy policy.
